Domain registration is non-reversible once submitted to the registry — ICANN does not allow "cooling-off" returns on domains. This policy explains what we can refund, and how.
1. What's refundable
- Wallet top-ups that have not yet been spent — refunded to the original payment instrument within 7–10 working days.
- Failed registrations — if payment succeeds but the domain could not be registered (for example, another customer claimed it milliseconds earlier, or the registry rejected the request), the amount is credited back to your wallet automatically. A PayU reversal can be requested on demand.
- Duplicate charges — if PayU processes the same transaction twice, the duplicate is reversed on request.
2. What's non-refundable
- A domain that has been successfully registered. Even if registered in error.
- Renewals, transfers, or privacy upgrades that completed successfully.
- Domain registrations where you supplied incorrect contact data and the registry suspended the domain.
3. Cancellation window
Once a purchase reaches the registry (typically within seconds of payment), it cannot be cancelled. Contact us within 1 hour of a purchase for any reversal request; after that window, the registry's policy applies.
4. Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is available and defaults to ON when you register or renew a domain. 30 days before expiry, ResellerClub attempts to debit your wallet for the renewal cost; if the wallet is insufficient, we email you to renew manually. Card-based fallback is not available on this storefront — see the Customer Master Agreement §8 for full details.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@paritoshajmera.com or call +91 98672 12135 with:
- Your registered email
- Invoice number or PayU transaction ID
- The reason for the refund
Eligible refunds are initiated within 2 business days. PayU takes 5–10 working days to credit the source account after we initiate.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayU without contacting us first, your account and any associated active domains may be suspended pending resolution. Please reach out before opening a chargeback — it's almost always faster.
7. Goodwill credits
In edge cases (a failed transfer you funded, a TLD we couldn't get you at the quoted price), we may offer a wallet goodwill credit in lieu of a cash refund. This is always optional on your end — you can still ask for cash.
