This Customer Master Agreement ("Agreement") is made, entered into and executed on September 23, 2025 (the "Effective Date") between Paritosh Devesh Ajmera ("Parent") and you ("Customer"). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions.
The Parent and the Customer may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". The Parent provides various Products and Services; the Customer wishes to purchase Parent's Products and Services. In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows.
1. The operator
The Site is operated by Paritosh Devesh Ajmera, an independent reseller of domain registration services based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, operating on the ResellerClub (Newfold Digital) platform. Contact: hello@paritoshajmera.com · +91 98672 12135.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and complete — this is required by ICANN and the relevant TLD registry.
3. The Services
- Domain registration: we submit your registration request to ResellerClub and the relevant registry. Registration is subject to registry rules, ICANN policy, and the registrar's own Registrant Agreement.
- Renewals and transfers: subject to registry lock periods, authorisation code verification, and the 60-day post-transfer lock required by ICANN.
- DNS management, WHOIS privacy, and contact editing via your account dashboard.
- Additional product-specific terms apply to Digital Certificates, Hosting, Web Services and other add-ons when purchased. Those terms supplement this Agreement.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as noted at checkout.
- Payment is processed through PayU. We never store your card or UPI credentials.
- Payment must be completed in full before a Domain Order is submitted to the registry.
- Prices may change for future registrations and renewals. Prices shown in your cart are honoured for that cart session only.
5. Wallet
Top-ups are credited to your customer wallet on the ResellerClub platform. Wallet balance can only be used for purchases on this Site. Balance does not expire. Refunds from wallet to the original payment instrument are subject to the Refund Policy.
6. Obligations of the Customer
- The Customer must ensure that the Registrant of each Domain Order agrees to be bound by the terms of the applicable Registrar and Registry Operator.
- The Customer must not make unauthorised changes to Domain Order information and must comply with ICANN, Registrar, and Registry Operator standards at all times.
- Keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Do not register domains for unlawful use — phishing, malware, intellectual-property infringement, hate speech, or any other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
7. Rights of Parent
Parent and the underlying Service Providers reserve the right, in their discretion, to freeze, delete, suspend, deny, cancel, modify, take ownership of, or transfer any Domain Order where required by ICANN, a Registry Operator, a Registrar, law-enforcement, a court order, to prevent fraud, or to enforce this Agreement. Where practicable we will notify you first.
8. Auto-renewal and domain deletion
You can enrol a domain in auto-renewal from the Renew tab, or at the time of a manual renewal. When enrolled, ResellerClub will attempt to renew the domain from your ResellerClub wallet balance 30 days before expiry. If your wallet balance is insufficient, you will receive an email reminder and the domain must be renewed manually.
Card-based auto-debit (charging the card you used at purchase) is not available on this storefront because we use PayU as our payment gateway. ResellerClub's card auto-debit fallback only works with PayPal Express or Pay.pw.
If a domain is not renewed:
- It expires on the expiry date and its DNS and associated services stop functioning within 24 hours.
- After approximately 36 days post-expiry the domain may be claimed by a third party.
- Around day 40 the domain enters the registry redemption period (duration varies by TLD). Recovery during this window incurs a redemption fee in addition to the renewal fee.
- After the redemption period the domain is typically released back to the public pool after five days.
9. Delivery
Domain registration is a digital, non-tangible service. Delivery is typically within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment. Some TLDs (e.g. country-code registries with manual review) may take up to 48 hours.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that any specific domain name will be available at the instant of checkout — domains are a shared pool. If availability is lost after checkout but before registration succeeds, the amount is refunded in full.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or downtime of your DNS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paritosh Devesh Ajmera, ResellerClub, the relevant Registrar, Registry Operator, and their respective officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
13. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
